Colleague and myWhitman Maintenance Happening Tomorrow
|
To avoid disruption close to the 9 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21 grade submission deadline, Technology Services will be performing system updates for Colleague and myWhitman on Tuesday, Dec. 20 from 5–7 a.m. instead of the standard 5–7 a.m. Wednesday maintenance window. During this timeframe, please expect that myWhitman and Colleague will not be accessible.

Outdoor Program Hours Update
|
The Outdoor Program Rental Shop is open for limited hours during the winter break:
- Today through Monday, Jan. 2: closed.
- Jan. 3–13: open Monday–Friday, 12–2 p.m. and 4–5 p.m.
- Jan. 14–16: closed.
- Tuesday, Jan. 17: reopened for standard hours.
The Bike Shop is closed for the winter and will reopen in March.

All eligible students, faculty and staff are required to be up-to-date on their vaccinations as defined by the CDC, by December 31, 2022. This includes the most-recent bivalent booster. Once you receive your booster, or if you have reason to request an exemption, please fill out the COVID-19 Bivalent Booster Attestation Form.

Campus Closed Dec. 23-Jan. 2

If you need any assistance on campus while the college is officially closed between Friday, Dec. 23 and Monday, Jan. 2, please contact Whitman Security at 509-527-5777 or security@whitman.edu. In the case of an emergency, call 911.

In accordance with Washington state Labor & Industries employer requirements, we are notifying the campus community that over the weekend, no one with Whitman access was confirmed positive for COVID-19.
Please continue to follow all our campus COVID-19 protocols to help prevent transmission. If you have any symptoms that may be COVID-19 or know that you may have been exposed to coronavirus, please be tested. Additional masks and rapid test kits are available in the front entryway at the Welty Student Health Center during normal operating hours.
