Soske brings more than 30 years’ experience leading large, global professional service firms. She is a thought leader on leadership development and talent management, most recently leading Amazon’s efforts to develop the leadership, capabilities and culture required for continued growth and success, often incorporating artificial intelligence and machine learning into products to support that growth.

On Wednesday, Feb. 28 at 7 p.m. in Olin Auditorium, Soske will deliver a lecture titled “AI in the Workplace.” Soske will share her knowledge of the many ways that AI is transforming the workplace and insight about what higher education can and should do now to prepare our students for this rapidly shifting environment. On Thursday, Feb. 29 at 4 p.m. in Maxey 302, Soske will be joined by Dr. Candace Thille from the Stanford Accelerator for Learning for a faculty discussion titled “How ML & AI are Reshaping the Science of Learning.”  (Flyer attached.)

On Friday, March 1 from 10 a.m. to noon in the Osborne Commons at Baker Center, Soske will hold drop-in hours for students for a discussion on navigating the culture and recruiting processes at Amazon. (Flyer attached.)
