Let’s Welcome Our New President

We are excited to welcome Whitman’s 15th president, Dr. Sarah Bolton, to campus! As she begins her own Whitman experience, let’s come together to give her a Whittie welcome and share some of our Whitman wisdom with her.

Wednesday, July 20 from 2–4 p.m.

Join us on Ankeny Field for a casual afternoon of refreshments, lawn games—and, of course, to say hello to President Bolton! No RSVP is needed but please wear your Whitman name tag.

Thursday, July 21 from 10 a.m. to noon

Stop by the third floor of Memorial Building to meet President Bolton during her first official open office hours. Coffee, tea and bagels will be provided.

See you there!

P.S. If inclined, please bring your own cup to support campus sustainability efforts.
